Yes. To keep our costs low andextend discounts to our clients we do not have a storefront location for you to try on gowns. 

At this present time we only offer shipping your order. We don’t have the ability to offer in store pick up without a physical storefront location. Each order is sent with tracking information so that your order arrives securely. 

The dresses we provide may have slight wear or imperfections. We have a quality control process to review each item prior to posting for sale. We do share these details with you in advance and the discounts extended are to accommodate for any minor wear and tear. Most items that require attention are simple repairs that are common to any trained bridal or formalwear alterations specialist. 

The wedding gown options on our website typically range from $500 and up to $2500 with most gowns priced between $100-$2000. At times when we feature formalwear such as Mother of the Bride, our discount gown options will range from $100-$600. Accessories depending on type and condition range from $50-$500. Bridesmaids options range from $20-$60. Shipping is an additional charge.

No, all items are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges or offer credit for items. Purchases are AS-IS and upon making your purchase you acknowledge receipt of purchasing the gown at a discount with minor imperfections.

Most designers do not have standard “street sizing". They follow different size charts in which bridal and formalwear may run 2-3 sizes smaller than standard street sizes. For example, if you typically wear  street size 10 you most likely will wear a size 14 in bridal or formal wear. 

Alterations are almost always necessary. For a final and desired fit you should anticipate the following alterations services and possibly but not limited to: hem, bustle, taking in or letting out the side seams and strap/sleeve adjustments. We always recommend that you have any and all undergarments and shoes you plan to wear with your gown prior to your visit with an alterations specialist.
